Circa 1873–1882, applied top, 12 1/8". This is the second variant of the I.X.L. Bitters, featuring a circle surrounding "I.X.L." While this variant is most often encountered in aqua, and occasionally in lighter shades of green, examples in stronger colors are considerably scarcer. Crude, character-rich examples such as this are also much more difficult to find.

Description & Condition: Aqua with a strong strike. Crude glass, full of bubbles.
