Summer 2026 Auction (August 07, 2026 7:00 AM PT - August 16, 2026 7:00 PM PT)

Circa 1850s, iron pontil. Uncleaned, as found. This is the rarer misspelled variant with 'Sacrimento.' There are a few areas of exterior wear, but for the most part the embossing remains largely free of wear. A light exterior patina with areas of patchy rainbow iridescence and some interior stain. A small and shallow 1/16" surface flake on the shoulder above the embossing. A fantastic early soda in uncleaned condition, a rarity nowadays.
