Circa 1860s, 9 1/4", applied top, quart. A scarce greenish aqua example of this popular U.S.A Hospital bottle, with these aqua variants being more difficult to acquire than many collectors realize. It exhibits the less common curved "U.S.A." embossing rather than the typical straight-across format, making it an attractive mold variant. A few extremely faint exterior scratches on the reverse and a minor area of roughness on the inside edge of the lip that can be felt. Possibly professionally cleaned. Richard Siri Collection.
