Circa 1865-1875, 7 1/4", smooth base. An extremely rare barrel whiskey with approximately three known examples. This distinctive shorter, wider barrel form features a bunghole impression and is among the rarest Kentucky whiskey bottles. This example is a medium amber with no issues.
