Circa 1860s, 6 3/4", smooth base. An extremely rare barrel from Louisville, KY with approximately two or three known examples. This example is a beautiful peachy apricot color with a generous amount of whittle and bubbles. Brent, Warder & Co. were Louisville wholesale grocers and commission merchants operating during the 1860s, with this bottle most likely having contained a bourbon or other spirit.
