Summer 2026 Auction (August 07, 2026 7:00 AM PT - August 16, 2026 7:00 PM PT)

Circa 1863-1870, 9 1/8", smooth base. K 21 variant. A solid example of the famous Kelly's Bitters in a medium amber color. Some very spotty exterior patina and occasional high point wear. Two small nicks off the top, including a tiny edge flake associated with a minute, non-radiating potstone. A shallow 1/8" flake is present on the front corner near the base.  The slight depression in the base appears to be a natural in-making manufacturing irregularity, with a corresponding raised area on the interior of the base.
