Summer 2026 Auction (August 07, 2026 7:00 AM PT - August 16, 2026 7:00 PM PT)

Circa 1830-1850, open pontil, GI-31. Not a rare portrait flask, but an interesting example considering it was dug in California. Likely brought west during the Gold Rush years, perhaps in the belongings of a hopeful miner making the journey from the East Coast. Incredibly, it is in fantastic condition with virtually no wear. A small amount of dirt left on inside.
