1870s, applied top. Here is a rare and early citrate from San Francisco. This is the Western blown variant of the Wakelees citrate with the knife edge top. This is the rarest of the Wakelees citrates and is roughly 10-20x rarer than the most commonly seen English blown variant with the blob top.
