Lot # 62

Lot of two flasks: Orr's Special
Tooled top, pint & half pint. These rare flasks are believed to be a product of Louis H Orr, who was in the liquor business in Sacramento, before moving to San Francisco around the turn of the century. The pint has some interior stain and the half pint has some very minor roughness on the edge of the lip that could be due to manufacturing.
Lot # 63
Opening Bid
$50.00
Livingston & Co 220 & 222 Cal. St. SF
The California Street Livingston flask is a very rare early 1880s flask. This example is tooled, but most of the few known examples are applied. Nice clean Western glass with no issues. It's going to be a while before another California Street Livingston is offered for sale. Thomas #43

Miller's Extra Old Bourbon E. Martin & Co.
Applied top, 1870s, pint. Here's a great example of a single roll top Miller's flask from San Francisco. The color is a pleasing light amber with a touch of yellow olive and a very strong strike. This example will pop in your color run!

Miller's Extra Old Bourbon E. Martin & Co.
Applied top, 1870s, pint. Here is a solid example of the popular Miller's flask with a double roll top. This example has a good strike and a little crudity on the left where the bottle was pushed in during manufacturing. Just a small shovel scuff or two and extremely light wear on the shield in the center of the embossing.
Lot # 66
Opening Bid
$400.00
Wormser Bros. San Francisco
Applied top, early 1870s. Here is an outstanding example of the popular Wormser flask in a medium tobacco amber. The vertically embossed Wormser flask is likely the second or third oldest embossed Western blown flask after the Horizontal Wormser and J.Angeli flask. This is what is believed to be one of the Western blown examples with a top that has a larger upper roll and a flattened top edge. The Eastern blown examples will usually come in shades of orange amber, and are almost always heavily stained when dug, with a slightly different style double roll top. This example is loaded with whittle and nice seedy glass. This bottle appears to be in as dug condition with the faintest dirt residue on the inside (if you look hard enough). Whittled Wormsers just don't come up that often.
Lot # 67
Opening Bid
$300.00
Wormser Bros. San Francisco
Applied top, early 1870s. Here is a great colored yellow Wormser flask with a double roll top. This example will light up any flask run! There is some very light exterior etching, and about two miniscule flea bites, if you look close enough. Overall all, a great example in a bright color.

Umbrella Ink
Rolled lip, open pontil. Umbrella in medium olive green color. Some light exterior stain. Measures about 2.5" tall.
Lot # 73
Opening Bid
$80.00
Umbrella Ink
This umbrella ink is a striking bright 7-Up green with a very sloppy attempt at a tooled top. This was dug near Sierra City, California and in our opinion is likely western blown as it is nearly identical to the various Western burst top ink molds. This example will brighten any shelf!
Lot # 74
Opening Bid
$100.00
Umbrella Ink
Here is an open pontiled hinge mold umbrella ink in an odd smokey green color. Nice light whittle and stippling to the glass.
Lot # 75

A.M. Cole Apothecary Virginia City, Nev
Here is an extremely rare drug store bottle from the legendary Nevada mining town of Virginia City. Not only is it from Virginia City, but it's amber. Measuring about 6" tall with W.T. & Co embossed on the base. Condition is great with just a tiny spot of roughness on the edge of the lip and a miniscule fleabite on the side of the bottle.
Lot # 77
Opening Bid
$100.00
Wakelee's Camelline
While the later 1890s blue Wakelee's Camelline bottles are not rare, these late 1870s applied top molds much harder to come by. Camelline was a very popular product produced by the famous San Francisco druggist, H.P. Wakelee and was a product for beautifying and preserving the complexion and teeth. This example is a medium cobalt, about 5" tall, with a square collar applied top and just a touch of minor inside content stain.
Lot # 78
