Additional photos can be seen once you click into the lot details page for each item. The 10 minute timer starts at 6:50 PM. If no bids between 6:50 and 7 PM, the lot closes at 7 PM. If any bids after 6:50 PM, the new lot close time will be extended 10 minutes from the most recent bid time.

1870s-80s. A scarce Nevada soda from Eureka. This example has a nice rich color and a strong strike. There is a tiny scuff on the shoulder above the embossing and one ping on the edge of the base, see photos.

Pacific Congress Water California (Running Dear) Saratoga
1870s. Here is a Western soda just about everyone wants. With a running deer and 'California' embossed on the face, how could you go wrong. Nearly all examples of these sodas have several lip chips or repairs. All we can find on this one is a tiny flake off the bottom lip ring. Non-repaired, and un-cleaned, this is a rare conditioned running deer.

F.M. Modesto
1870s. Here is a rare central valley soda from Modesto, CA. Frederick Meinecke operated the Modesto Soda Works from 1874 to 1883. There is some light wear on the body and some etching from the bail around the neck, but overall a nice looking example that displays great!

Champagne Mead
1870s. A San Francisco soda that held a special beverage known as Champagne Mead that exploded in popularity during the early to mid 1870s. Due to its paneled construction, most examples have dings on the base edges, but this example is in great shape with essentially no dings on any panels or edges with nice clean Western glass.

Mills' Seltzer Springs
1870s. Another popular soda from the San Jose area. This is a top example full of whittle and nice crude stretch marks in the neck. If you look close enough, you will see a few very minor pecks on the side of the top.

Early 1870s. This is the earliest variant of the collar top Crystal Sodas featuring a tiny hole drilled into the top to secure the cork. These don't come around very often (many don't even know they exist.) Overall a solid example with some light crudity.

Pioneer Soda Works San Francisco
1870s. This is the oldest and first variant of the several different Pioneer Soda molds dating to the early 1870s. Most of these sodas are heavily stained, full of case wear, and lacking any character. This is a top example with no stain or case wear along with some nice light whittle.

Late 1860s. Here is a fantastic looking Owen Casey in a rich fire aqua color leaning towards light green. Not only is the glass clean, there are even some amber streaks in the reverse. Nice early Western blown glass!
